Find a remedy wherever you are...

Ideal for beginners

By the end of this class, you will be able to reliably identify 10-12 plants that you see everyday in your backyard, along your walk, or at the bus stop. Ellen focuses on practical, easy-to-understand knowledge and instruction so students can get the most benefit

Focus on common complaints and plants

Topics covered will include remedies for wounds, aches and pains, indigestion, sleep, antivirals and more! Plants covered will include Japanese honey suckle, henbit, purple dead nettle, violet, to name a few.

Connection to the land

Along with learning how to work with the plants, you will learn how to bring your values into your work with plants. There will be discussions about ethical harvesting, disability justice, invasive species, and more!
