Focused, practical information

By the end of this class, you will be able to reliably identify 3-4 plants that can help stop bleeding, draw out infection, break up bruises and more

Use plants in the wild or make a first aid kit

Most of the plants are so common that you should be able to find one of them anywhere you have access to green, growing things. However, you will also have the knowledge to make an herbal first aid kit you can carry around with you!

Connection to the land

Along with learning how to work with the plants, you will learn how to bring your values into your work with plants. There will be discussions about ethical harvesting, disability justice, invasive species, and more!
